At Bloom Nutrition, we want you to be fully satisfied with your wellness journey, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any unopened products. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact our support team to initiate a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Email our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack your unopened items in their original packaging and include your RMA number inside the box before shipping it back to us.
- 4.Processing and Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
